Payment Stages
More Living Space offer numerous methods for paying for your additional Living Space. All deposits can be paid by credit/debit, cheque or bank transfer.
Payment Stages
- A 10% Initial Deposit secures your place in the work schedule for an agreed start date
- A 2nd deposit – 15% of the job price Is payable when the 2nd site survey is completed. This survey identifies the exact material and special conversion requirements (window and internal finishes etc)
- Further payments are then scheduled at pre agreed build stages with a final 25% balance payment payable on final completion.
