More Living Space completed this House Extension in Warrington with Wren Kitchen to a very a high specification creating additional Living Space.

The house was built in the 1990’s and is a high quality Family residence. This Family home is a double fronted detached house, the new extension has added approx. 27 sq mtrs of Living Space.

The build specification included removing a large section of brickwork and fitting RSJ’s. The extension was approx. 9 mtrs x 3.5 mtrs and extended the Kitchen and Living Room, it included 3.6 mtr Bi-fold doors, three electric Velux Roof Lights and a Wren Kitchen.
